Our Directors

Mr. Wahome is a Registered Estate Agent/Property Consultant who has a wide experience in property management, spanning a period of over 20 years. He has gained vast knowledge in the property world and also offers consultancy services. He has worked as a manager in various property management firms prior to him becoming a Director in his own property management firm. 

Mr. Ikonya is a Registered & Practising Valuer who has wide experience in property management and valuations spanning a period of over 20 years. He is an examiner in the ISK Examination Board, a board that examines all Valuers in Kenya. He has worked as a manager in various property management and valuation firms prior to his becoming a Director in his own property valuation firm.

Mr. Gitahi is an accountant by profession (CPA) who has vast knowledge of property management having worked under the mentorship of Mr. Wahome (mentioned above). Mr. Gitahi is our Director in charge of Properties who has demonstrated ability to manage even projects that are complex in nature. He is currently managing over 200 properties under his portfolio with the assistance of property officers and caretakers under his stewardship.
